Check out the Salty Crab on Clearwater Beach next time you’re near north beach. These girls were kind enough to provide me with a cool bottle of water. The mayor of Clearwater was making his rounds. Sand was everywhere. Items in homes damaged by flooding appeared to be making their way to the curb. It looks like the beach should be up and running again tomorrow to some degree. At least the roads should be passable by tomorrow. They were clearing the last section of roads adjacent to the public beach this afternoon. Saw the Hulk taking care of his property. The damage and sand movement and flooding seemed mild on Sand Key. The most significant thing there today seemed to be a ton of sand in the road and every structure on Clearwater beach was flooded. It could have been worse.
