Honeymoon Surfing: Epic sunset, dolphins, and a rainbow.

That front rolled through, things cleared out, and the surf got extra glassy. The incoming tide gave a bit of push to the knee to thigh high surf. An epic sunset, that unusual sight of a rainbow, and a dolphin swimming just a few feet from the lineup of surfers made this one of the best evening sessions of the the winter. Prefront Surf

The surf was alright this afternoon, nothing epic that’s for sure. It was about thigh high. The current was pretty bad for the size of the surf. Something just wasn’t right with the swell direction.  But damn was it nice out! Maybe it will be better tomorrow. Continue reading Prefront Surf
