This guy put out a really revolutionary video back in the day. This guy is a progressive surfing pioneer. Youthful surfers are more easily able to pick up tricks when the generation before them master the intricacies of what can be done. Little bit by little bit, surfers push the limits further and further. Each trick gets pushed a little harder, tweaked a little further, spun a bit longer when creative individuals get bored with the limitations of their existing surfing world.
At the present moment there are only 19 women in the world who qualify to compete on the women’s CT, the most prestigious women’s surfing tour in the world. Tatiana Weston-Webb is a 20 year old from the Island of Kauai in Hawaii. Now in her second year on the CT, she is currently ranked 4th after the first two events of the season. She placed 5th at Snapper, and 3rd at Bells. This is one girl to keep your eye on. A world tour title may not be too far down the road for this lovely lady.
