The Navy GFS model seems to think something big and gnarly could be a week away from entering the gulf, that’s next Monday. The National Hurricane Center doesn’t have anything developing in the next 5 days. The Navy GFS is usually a pretty good forecast model for tropical systems. What do you think? Surf’s Up Surf Report: 2pm Friday, 07/20/18
For best resolution view on desktop/laptop.
A little squall just rolled in with hail-like rain pelting the windows on the car. It seems to be clearing at the moment. And in the process of typing this on the phone it just completely stopped. Surf is expected to continue through the evening, and through the weekend. A light rain may also linger for a while. Stepping outside now at 2:26pm the squall has cleared, and another may be following closely behind. The surf is really fun! Probably still worth it!

Mr. Rocktoff, another surfer named Yannis, and a couple other surfers used to have a band called Locolism. They wrote awesome lyrics for their songs, lyrics very relevant to surfers. Mr. Rocktoff was the lead singer of Locolism and the sax player. The sound tracks in the videos below are from their band!
You should definitely go hear them play!
