Surf’s up next week. Waist high waves arrive on what looks like noon on Monday. The waves remain about waist high through Wednesday evening. The swell is mostly a west southwest swell. There will be a brisk southwest wind (15mph) through the swell event. You may have to dodge a squall or two, because scattered thunderstorms are in the forecast, as is usual for this time of year. My guess is, it will be mostly sunny with squally weather likely. The sunrise is around 7am, and the sunset is around 8:15.
