Saint Petersburg born and raised kiteboarder Billy Parker is among the best kiteboarders in the world.  From risking his life jumping the Redington Pier to kiteboarding local beaches, he does it all.  Today our editor caught up to Mr. Parker and witnessed him putting his kiteboard high in the air.  There’s no question, this humble gentleman is a truly superb kiteboarder.
