The skim looks really glassy and fun today. The waves are lining up right along the beach. It’s not huge, actually it’s barely over knee high, but the glassyness always makes small waves in a mostly flat gulf extra fun. There are a few storms out there. The radar can be used to figure out if there may be a window between storms.

Circulation 97-L was upgraded to a tropical storm on Tuesday morning after the Hurricane Hunter air-craft generated proof of sustained winds at tropical storm strength.
Tropical Storm Earl is currently headed for Central America with a pressure in the center of the storm at 991 millibars. Earl may strengthen into a hurricane before he makes landfall.
