Yeah! Stack’em high! How the hell can they expect a return on their investment in this all time low economy? I don’t understand the hype that is Clearwater Beach? If they insist on over developing, then at least build something unique or something that serves a greater purpose. Build a hybrid tropical garden / skatepark and wave pool. It would give people something constructive to do and would offset the concrete jungle vibe that it is. Thoughts? I could go insane just thinking about! I guess everyone sees things through a different lens.
