The lightning took the final game of the series last night at home in Tampa Bay where seats were selling for 2000 dollars on ticketmaster. In a packed house the lightning showed Canada who’s the boss in the hockey world. Those Canadians learned that you don’t need frozen ponds to have the best hockey team in the world. The victory was a well deserved victory through a hard fought battle with the Canadian, although I’m not sure what that team was doing in that final. The lightning seemed like a much better team. The Stanley Cup is going to have it’s home here in Tampa Bay for another year. The team is celebrating it’s victory at two events. Check them out if you have the time:
